I've been building consumer brands and partnering with people to cultivate growth across a variety of businesses from very early stage to highly scaled enterprises. I've partnered with teams and with founders as an executive, board member and advisor to scale businesses and unlock the potential of people on the teams.
I believe in the power at the intersection of data and empathy. This involves testing and learning with curiosity and a bit of courage, and following the data to make improvements in experiences for people. This approach works to create value in a multitude of areas, from curating effective advertising campaigns to creating great places to work.
